In the picture with me is my son and daughter, who is one of the reasons I decided to become a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant.
I’m originally from the UK but now call Perth, Australia home.
My interest in sleep started after the birth of my first baby. I had no idea about routines, awake windows, or how to settle my baby and I really struggled. I used to sit on a fit ball and bounce my daughter to sleep.
Once my second baby arrived, I had a better understanding how important sleep is not only for the baby, but for the parents as well.
I would love to help families that are struggling with their baby’s or toddlers sleep.
